We arrived in Northern Ireland on Wednesday night, spent 13 hours in Belfast on Thursday doing LOTS of stuff from the logistical to the fun, all the while enjoying the amazing sunny weather.
Friday was always going to be a little manic since along with needing to do my first full day's work from home, I'd also decided to take part in Joshua White's third #50Pic challenge. These are always fun, and as we are now in a totally new location it seemed a good chance to take some to show off Carrick (as it's known here) to our friends and family.
All these were taken within a mile of where we're living, a good number actually in the house, and quite a few on our walk to the supermarket.
In between all of this, I managed to work a 12 hour day between 5:30 and 23:00 - but because it was broken up by "life", it didn't feel anywhere near that long. I might be trying to do more of this kind of work/life balance methinks.
All pics were taken on my iPhone, and apart from one, edited using iPhoto. I was gonna do it on my phone using the various apps I have on there, but I accidentally transferred them all to my Mac & deleted them from the phone...and couldn't be bothered transferring them back. And because iPhoto is v.average in the editing department, so is the editing that's been done.
