It only just occurred to me as we stepped onto the beach at Austinmer that this is officially the last weekend of summer, and our last Australian summer.
I won't pretend that either of us are huge fans of summer, which is no doubt partly due to it being the busiest time of year for me professionally, but also because we prefer cooler weather.
Regardless, Australian beaches are wonderful, and I will miss them.
Note: all these photos are raw & direct from the mediocre iPhone camera. Usually they'd need some processing to make them look appealing, but the day was so glorious even the iPhone camera couldn't stuff them up.
